Payment & Cancellation

1. Payment Policy

We require the following payment structure for all our tour packages:

  • 25% Booking Deposit: Required at the time of initial reservation.
  • 50% Mid-Payment: Required 30 days before the tour start date.
  • Balance Payment: Must be settled on or before the day of arrival in Srinagar.

2. Methods of Payment

We accept all major Credit/Debit cards, UPI, and Bank Transfers. All transactions are securely processed through our encrypted payment gateways.

3. Cancellation Policy

In case of cancellation by the traveler, the following charges will apply:

  • 30+ days before arrival: 10% of the total package cost.
  • 15-30 days before arrival: 25% of the total package cost.
  • 7-15 days before arrival: 50% of the total package cost.
  • Less than 7 days: 100% of the total package cost (No Refund).

4. Force Majeure

In the event of cancellation due to unforeseen circumstances beyond our control (e.g., natural disasters, road closures, political unrest), we will offer alternative dates or a credit note for future travel. Refunds in such cases are subject to the policies of our hotel and transport partners.

5. Refund Process

Eligible refunds will be processed within 7-10 working days back to the original source of payment.
