1. Agreement to Terms
By accessing or using Kashmir Chalo's services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you disagree with any part of the terms, you may not access our travel services.
2. Booking and Payments
All bookings are subject to availability. A booking is confirmed only after the receipt of the initial deposit as specified at the time of reservation. The full payment must be settled before the commencement of the tour as per our payment policy.
3. Travel Documents
It is the traveler's responsibility to ensure they have all necessary travel documents, including valid IDs, permits (for restricted areas in Kashmir), and health certificates if required.
4. User Conduct
Travelers are expected to respect local customs, cultures, and laws of Kashmir. We reserve the right to terminate the service of any traveler whose conduct is detrimental to the group or the local community.
5. Limitation of Liability
Kashmir Chalo shall not be liable for any injury, loss, claim, damage, or any special, exemplary, punitive, indirect, incidental or consequential damages of any kind which arises out of or is in any way connected with any use of this site or our travel services.
6. Governing Law
Any dispute arising out of these terms shall be governed by the laws of Jammu & Kashmir, India.
