Shipping & Delivery

1. Service Delivery (Digital Itineraries)

Upon successful booking and payment of the deposit, you will receive a digital confirmation and a preliminary itinerary via email within 24 hours. The final detailed itinerary, including hotel vouchers and driver details, will be delivered digitally 48-72 hours prior to your tour start date.

2. On-Ground Delivery

Our physical services (transportation and guiding) commence as per the schedule mentioned in your voucher. Our representative/driver will be present at the designated pickup point (typically Srinagar Airport or your selected hotel) as per the arrival time provided by you.

3. Shipping of Physical Goods

If your tour includes physical items (e.g., welcome kits, physical guidebooks, or souvenirs ordered through us), these will be:

  • Handed over personally upon your arrival in Kashmir.
  • Alternatively, shipped to your provided domestic address within India via reputed couriers. Shipping times typically range from 5-7 business days.

4. Delays

While digital delivery is almost instantaneous, physical shipping may be delayed due to courier logistics or weather conditions in the Himalayan region. We will provide tracking details for any physical goods shipped to your address.
